How Do I Purchase a Membership? 

You can get started with a membership by selecting a plan above! We accept most card payment methods. Your membership will be activated immediately upon purchase. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! You can opt-in to use the "Shop Pay" option when you checkout. Click on the "Learn More" link to set up your payment plan.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your monthly subscription membership: 

  • Log into your subscription account by clicking "Log in" on website header. Click on "Account Management" and log in to your account to access the subscription portal. 
  • Navigate to "Cancel my subscription" 

Please note that you must cancel monthly memberships before the  renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Any cancellations on the day of renewal or after will not be refunded. You will be notified 3 days prior to every charge to ensure you are aware of your billing schedule. 

Account Management

What is your refund policy?

All refund amounts determined by CoursetaNursing.com are final. 

Refunds are honored for 48 hours after prepaid subscription plans (Annual or 6 month plans). After 48 hours from the time of purchase of prepaid subscription plans, purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, & cannot be converted to another available membership. 


All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You must cancel your membership prior to next billing date to avoid recurring subscription purchases.

Will this help me pass the NCLEX?

Absolutely! Our content is detailed to help you pass nursing school and the NCLEX on the first try! All of our study guides, video lectures, and practice quizzes align with NCLEX standards.

When does my membership begin after purchase?

All membership plans are activated immediately after purchase once you confirm your registration details through the link sent to your email used to purchase. If you are unable to find your registration email, please contact us at info@tactilevr.com or text us at 940-218-4062.

Please Note: Your VR account may take up to 24 hours after purchase.

Does the membership include the VR simulations?

Yes! You will have access to our Virtual Reality Nursing Simulations app on the Meta Quest App store. You will be sent a registration email to create an account for the VR platform after purchase. 

You will need a Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3S, or Meta Quest Pro to play the VR simulations. 

Is a VR Headset Required?

No, all nursing school content (Notes, Questions, Lectures, & Tutoring) is available on any device. However, to access the additionally offered VR simulations in your membership, you will need a Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3s, Meta Quest 3, or Meta Quest Pro.
